1What we collect

No account is needed to buy on Olymp. We only keep what your order requires.

Order details

Your email address and the details needed for delivery (e.g. your Discord username or server invite).

Payment

Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Security and fraud prevention

When you order or sign in: your IP address, the approximate country and city it points to, the network used, your browser and device, your time zone and an anonymous device id. For a card, Stripe tells us its brand, last 4 digits, country and the result of its security checks, never the full number.

Support

Messages you send us on Discord or Telegram, to help you with your order.

2How we use it

Your data is used to run your order and, if you've already bought from us, to keep you posted by email. We never sell or rent it to anyone.

Your order

Delivering it, sending your receipt, handling warranty replacements and answering your support requests.

Marketing emails

As a customer, you may receive emails about our new products, deals and promo codes. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Preventing fraud

Spotting fraudulent payments and abuse (stolen cards, multiple accounts). Only our team sees this information, and it is used for nothing else.

3Cookies

No advertising cookies. Our cookies remember your language, keep you signed in, measure the site's audience anonymously (no IP address), remember a referral code, and protect payments against fraud with an anonymous device id, kept 2 years.

Support and community. Reviews shown on the site are public messages from our Discord server.

5Retention & your rights

We keep order details only as long as needed for the warranty and our legal obligations. Security data (IP address, device) is deleted after 12 months. You can ask to see or delete your data at any time by contacting us on Discord or Telegram.

We may update this policy at any time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
